Mishka is a beautiful, sweet Husky who is looking for an experienced owner willing to continue her training and help her reach her full potential. She was recently evaluated by a professional trainer and did very well overall. On the trainer’s scale (1 being the best and 10 being the worst), Mishka scored a 3, which shows she has a lot of potential and is absolutely capable of thriving in the right home.

Mishka is an active dog who loves to walk, run, and hike. She would make an amazing companion for someone who enjoys spending time outdoors and can provide the exercise and structure she needs. She has a wonderful personality and is incredibly sweet, but she does need continued guidance to help work through food aggression, which the trainer believes can improve with consistency, structure, and the right environment.

She would do best with a calm, confident dog that understands boundaries, or a balanced playful dog that knows when to relax and doesn’t trigger reactive behavior.

One thing that became very clear during her evaluation is that kennel life is not the right environment for Mishka. Being confined most of the day increases her anxiety and prevents her from getting the exercise and mental stimulation she needs. When she was evaluated in a different setting, her behavior improved significantly, showing that she truly thrives in a home environment where she can decompress and release her energy in healthy ways.

Mishka is a good dog who simply needs the right home, proper exercise, and continued training to succeed. With the right person or family, she has the potential to become an incredible companion.

Meet Our Aussie / Beagle Mix Puppies 🐾

These sweet pups are around 4months old and were recently rescued from a horse trailer after a very rough start to life. Despite everything they’ve been through, they are slowly learning that people can be kind and that the world can be safe.

They are understandably shy right now and still need time to gain weight and continue building confidence — but they have already made incredible progress and improve more each day. Being in a stable home environment would help them blossom even faster.
